Is this doll compatible with the rocking cradle? Does the doll have the rocking function?

The doll does not rock, therefore is not compatible with the rocking cradle as that is for the dolls that do rock. I hope this helps!

Can you do the make up on this doll? If so is it with water?

Yes, by putting water on the nails they will change colour.
